Sigh. I've been playing with the same 6 lbs since I started SB 3 weeks ago. I know my body is retaining water since it's almost TOM. I wish I would go ahead and start and get it over with so I can see what I've really lost. I've been so good these past 3 weeks too, and I'm extending Phase 1 for at least 2 more weeks.
