Day 56. Yesterdays very large deficit of 1582 calories and a late 9AM weigh in are the end of month tactics that I use to squeeze away the last few hundred grams and today's weigh in was Twelve stone thirteen point nine ounces(82.5 Kg). My next milestone to lose two stone in two months I have five days in hand to lose another half a kilo to meet this much more significant milestone. I have maintained focus through all of July and averaged a daily calorie intake of 1637 and a deficit of 1143 calories. Also in July I have logged 185 miles walking local footpaths, my BMI has gone from 28.4 to 26.4 and I have lost 6 Kg. After 6th August I will start feathering down my deficit a little. Todays breakfast was poached egg on toast a simple but tasty start to the day. FSers - Have a great Sunday and apols for the dusty scales.
