It could've been worse...I went out with one of my girlfriends yesterday and we had our movie day. Spent most of the day inside and eating junk. This is the explanation for why I feel so crappy this morning.
Funny thing is, I started off on track. And then...wham! Oh well...
Today is another day. I have to work for 10 hours today. So on the upside, there will be little time for mindless snacking! (Curse you, movie snax!) And I'm going to treat myself to some sushi at my favourite sushi restaurant for dinner tonight.
Looking forward to getting under 190 before the end of May. I know I was shooting for 185 by the end of the month, but 190 looks a little more realistic. But still good.
