On day 3 of my Spudfit challenge. I survived going to the movies yesterday without popcorn-even with my friends sitting next to me eating it. That was a big win for me all by itself. I took along some air fried sweet potatoes with a sprinkle of cumin, cinnamon and chipotle powder sprinkled on them as my own snack. I did only potatoes yesterday and skipped the smoothie but I am back to work today so I'll whip up a big green smoothie for today to take along with me. Have a great Wednesday everyone.
