6 lbs lost! Yeah! Now I can justify that new purse I just purchased :)
263.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2024 kcal Fat: 148.80g | Prot: 139.16g | Carb: 32.19g.   Breakfast: hard boiled egg white, canadian bacon. Lunch: roasted sliced almonds, grape tomato, newman's own olive oil and vinegar, chicken of the sea salmon, 2% cheddar cheese. Dinner: steak diane, Baby Spinach. Snacks/Other: Lemon Zest Ricotta Creme, Smoked Almonds, Colby Jack Cheese Sticks. more...
