Just walking every day with the baby. Drinking lots of water, intermittent fasting and Ketos. But I cheat once a week and eat my carbs just to help my body rest. I don't plan on doing ketos as a life style but its definitely helped me get my edge back and jump start my weight loss again. I had hit a stand still. Its Definitely not for everyone and it can be dangerous. BUT it has helped me this last month.
