Just realized that when I was chugging those bottles of water that I thought were smaller, were actually the 16.9 oz size. So, I was actually getting in more than I thought. Yay me!
286.6 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 86.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
