intermittent fasting 1000 to 1,200 calories started yesterday
253.8 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you all for your comments. Had two teeth extracted Tuesday. Pretty much pain free. Really babying myself I had dry sockets when I had my wisdom teeth out in my twenties and it was worse than childbirth. The paperwork tells me I could have eaten soft food yesterday and today and and onward but I'm sticking with liquids I do not want to have dry sockets. Baby baby baby taking care of myself sticking to liquids but my weight is going up maybe it's the milkshakes LOL.
