Yesterday, If, chest workout, 82 protein, 120 fat, 27 carbs, sliced beef, spinach dip and crisps, chopped salad, butter, nuts before bed
156.4 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
