I happily fell off the wagon for a little while. It felt really good to take a break from everything and just relax, enjoy time with family, and give into extra sweets and/or drinks for a bit. I'm feeling refreshed and ready to hop back into working out and tracking everything!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
