I used to weigh 285 2 years ago. I reached a plateau about 3 months ago. Because of Covid I wanted to get out of California and I went to St. George Utah and stayed at a fitness resort for 28 days. I worked out about 3-4 hours a day. M-F. I was disappointed I only lost 4lb. Although I feel stronger with all the exercise. I got home April 4. Two weeks ago I decided to start the keto program. I've lost a total of 4lbs. I wasn't a fan of the keto diet but I wanted to ramp up my weight loss and reduce fat. I'll start to exercise soon. So hopefully I'll get great results. The keto isn't for everyone and you have to be careful with the fat.
