been biking a min of 10 miles per day as a self challenge for April. I've cut out rice bread pasta potatoes and alcohol. My diet is unsustainable for the long haul but I can deal with the quick hit until modifications
222.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
