well at least it's gone down a little bit this week....
157.4 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys😊 been working out every day, it's short but intense, can hardly walk today😅 my little one's football is starting again so I'll be going for 45 mns walks more often. Hoping kids get to go back to school so I can exercise when they're not home.
