Always best to take the long view: one number by itself doesn’t mean much but if the trend is good, that’s the thing to focus on. So it’s now about resetting & reaching for the next goal :)

definitely feel you on that one. I have my shakes and bars which help alot but when it comes to food prep im stuggling need a new chellange I think
