I thought this was going to be a gain since I have fluxed 3-4 lbs this past week. Haven't really been tracking and have been a little lax on carbs recently time to tighten the belt and start tracking again. Especially since I know bloating week is going to be coming up. On another note, a plus for working from home is that no one can tell whether or not I have a face mask on. I can get some self-care in between Zoom meetings haha.

@HCB It was a green tea one which smelled nice :) This stint of colder weather had dried my skin out so my face drinked it all up.
