today i am getting ready to be in the 50 lbs lose april challenge which is tomorrow, so i am going to try and get healthy today
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 January 2011:
1280 kcal Fat: 98.21g | Prot: 67.33g | Carb: 34.89g.   Breakfast: pork and turkey brown and serve sausage links, Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch: salsa verde, mini cucumber. Dinner: avacado, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: extra sharp ceddar cheese, tomatoes, marzetti ranch dressing, Jalapeno Peppers, salad. more...

I am also starting on the 50 challenge tomorrow, we need to communicate daily as this is the first day of the rest of our lives.. I am still trying to figure how to navigate this site..
