Note to self: do not weigh daily. It just leads to disappointment. Reflected more than 2kg down during the week but today on official weigh day only 1.2kg. 😫
172.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
