YAY! Made it to the weekend! You really start to feel a sense of comradery (sp?) from your body at this point, kind of like "Okay, we're working in this TOGETHER, rather than feeling like "you're" battling against me!" I went from 153.8 to 150.2 in six days. That level of weight loss is NOT my goal (shooting for 1 lb. a week for the long term). But if I'm eating well every day, not starving myself, making changes that can be LONG-TERM and the weight wants to continue to come off sooner - so be it !!! :) Even more than for myself, I'm proud of my 23 year old son Drew who is seriously examining his weight needs/goals and beginning the journey as well. It's extremely more difficult without an "at home" support system (he lives on his own), so I am grateful to helps like this website. "Downward" and onward!
