Better day today, thank goodness! Even did reasonably well at lunch at Perkins. I am amazed at how difficult so many of our restaurants make it to follow a low carb lifestyle.

Have not gotten my workout in yet today, had to take my honey to the Opthamologist and the wind is howling and the snow is blowing and it was not a fun trip home with those driving conditions. We made it though. ;-)

Each day I learn more about what I eat and the effects my choices have on my body over all. Be it my weight, my blood sugar, my attitude or simply the way I feel and view myself.

I do believe I an liking this path I am on.


175.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are right about our restaurants. I have been faithfully ordering plain salad with grilled chicken. Makes for a boring food life but hey, I am after results. Hang in ther. You can do it.

I agree, restaurants can be challenging, but it is like a game...trying NOT to irritate the server enough to irritate my partner...fun stuff. Keep up the great work!!!
