One pound is nothing. Our bodies fluctuate. try weighing less often. (I know, easier said than done!)

Thanks for the feedback 😊
I think I’ll continue my weekly weight in, but keep in mind the results are cumulative and not to dwell upon the now 😉

What you need to remind yourself is 20+ pounds lost in under 3 months. That's phenomenal. Congrats!

Everyday, in every way you are getting stronger and stronger!! Repeating that to yourself can really help during these times. Even if 1lb, probably water weight, snuck it’s was back into storage you are still getting stronger, better, healthier. Every little thing you do helps with your goal! Keep on keepin on!

I recommend this video by Natacha Océane : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0nGzC8XwFU (30 days tracking my body fluctuations). It is very normal to have fluctuations.

Yeah don’t go off your diet because of the silly 1 pound that’s crazy- stay on track - weight fluctuates and so does life. 😁👍

You are doing great with the amount of weight you have already lost! The body does work to hold onto weight. This little bit of fluctuation could happen for any number of reasons. Ignore it and just keep up with a calorie deficit and exercise. The first pounds go fast and then loss gets slower. Eventually, you may have to recalculate the number of daily calories based on your current weight.

Don't get discouraged. Sometimes there's no explanation for slight weight gain (or at least not one we are AWARE of!) Could just be water retention on the particular day you weighed in. Bet you get a double blessing at NEXT weigh-in!

weight is really totally related to calories ingestion...you cannot exercise off weight..CICO as is mentioned here constantly...just redouble your efforts honey...WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN...GOOD HARD DATA IS WHAT WE MUST HAVE...OTHERWISE ITS FANTASY THINKING..AND WHAT IT REALLY IS IS SIMPLE PHYSICS...
