Yesterday, IF , 88 protein, 131 fat, 44 carbs, chest workout, low carb tortilla cheese puff, butter, beef, chopped salad, nuts before bed, a few mini pretzels
156.0 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 18.2 lb a week
