So after a week of no exercise and eating quite poorly (too many snacks) and not tracking - I'm actually so relieved my weight only went up slightly!! Bring on next week back in with the exercise and refocusing again. I'm actually glad I took a bit of a break I think my body needed it 💪🏾
180.6 lb Lost so far: 44.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
