What an awful week for my eating but I have been poorly all week (all the more reason to eat healthy but hey what can you do)
Next week will be much better I can feel it and will make it happen
Just filled in an honest food diary for the first time in months and what a day to start it 182% over my calorie whoops! and a deficit of 936 dear oh dear, Well if that doesn't give me a kick up the backside I don't know what will other than putting on 8lbs in the last couple of months
