Okay small gain but I suppose it’s as good as maintaining and considering I’ve been on annual leave all week and baking, I’m happy (it’ll probably come back to haunt me next week so I need to watch myself...)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
