Well, this has been quite a day. I've been on a boiled egg diet today. Not really by choice, but that is what I had handy. so I ate one for breakfast with a few veggies, 1 for lunch with veggies, and 2 for dinner in a big salad. It was satisfying, but I wouldn't do it every day. Tonight we are going to a rodeo at the fair and it will be hot. I'll need lots of deodorant. I hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend.
