Yesterday, IF, 99 protein, 117 carbs, 25 carbs, hamburger patty with Swiss, muscle milk, mixed nut butter, butter, unwich, jello, HWC, nuts before bed
153.8 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
