I lost a lot of water weight in the first week. I used ketone strips to ensure my body is in ketosis. I’m constantly sweating, thirsty and having to pee a lot more than I’m used to. My plan is to continue to do this for the next 93 days into the new year! One day at a time.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
