Keep it up! Just remember your weight fluctuates several pounds each day. Don't get wrapped up in it. Once, just to "teach myself a lesson," I weighed in several times a day so I could see the changes. I then averaged them at the end of the week to declare "my weight." It worked. I learned. LOL That experience keeps me from freaking out when I have the occasional, spontaneous, 5-lb weight gain. (Often from something eaten that is really salty.) Usually in a day or two, it's gone. :)
