Yesterday, IF, back work out, 113 protein, 87 fat, 34 carbs, hamburger patty with Swiss, butter, protein bar, yogurt, unwich, muscle milk, jello, olives, nuts, period
156.6 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
