So, I cheated. I ate a burger today, and a piece of bacon. It was delicious! But, I figure going from eating lunch meat and red meat almost every day to one time a week isn't too bad! It's all about moderation. :)
I didn't loose anything yesterday. I think my RDI says 2000 calories, but I think ideally I need to get about 1600. That seems to be when I loose more.
I dunno - we'll see :)
