Immer noch zu viel Zucker und zu wenig Bewegung.Weiterhin fleischlose Ernährung. Heute starte ich neu.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
