Son's birthday and oh how I love the birthday cake and it was good and I was good and did not eat much but still every calorie counts. Today is a new day and the weight will come right off.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
