Following as I should and so far no problems. There is NO! reason I can not follow this plan as a way to eat, I just have to keep at it till it is a way o life. I have made it a goal each day to get on here the first thing in the morning and weigh and log, want this plan to keep me motivated.Keeps me more aware of what I'am doing and that I'am doing it right.
