I can't believe that number, after Halloween, I was sure I was going to have another gain, but I guess my vigilance throughout the week helped. Everytime I hit a plateau I want to quite; I feel like there is no point in trying, but I keep saying, give it a week. At the end of the week, when I see that number go down, I always feel more motivated than ever. I just have to remember that I didn't gain 70 pounds in a month, and I won't lose it in that amount of time either.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great work! I was worried about Halloween too. Logging everything in FatSecret sure helps me keep a closer eye on what I eat so I try to avoid eating junk.

That's the spirit! I too get discouraged at times, but even a one pound loss always lifts my spirits right back up!
