Have not been following like I should, but, have managed not to gain have decided to start all over gain after the New Year. I think it will be easier now as I know what I'am suppose to do and KNOW it does work when FOLLOWED. I have nothing coming up till the 27th which is my 68th birthday and feel by then I hope to have had such a good start and lost, so as not to have a problem when celebrateing. TIME WILL TELL?????
