It stinks to see the number go up, but I know what I need to do to fix it. No more stuffing myself on the weekends, and I really need to get myself motivated and go to the gym at least 3 time a week. I don't need to kill myself, just be a little more active and eat a little more reasonably. I can do this.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
