Yesterday, IF, 80 protein, 127 fat, 56 carbs, protein bar, turkey and cheese, flackers, spinach dip, mct once, hemp oil twice, chopped salad, jello, almond milk whipped cream, nuts before bed
154.6 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
