Weight is 1.2 lbs > yesterday. Body Fat % is 0.4% > yesterday.. BUT.. I weighed in 4 hours earlier than yesterday. I'm sure if I has weighed in at same time it would have been much better. I'm a long distance hiker and try to spend from 4 weeks to 4 months at a time each year hiking the Appalachian Trail but due to this virus hoax I postponed my 1000 mile plus hike this past Spring and to be honest have been slack on my training this year. But today I got out of bed at 5:00 AM so I could do a 10 mile training hike with my 40 lb plus backpack before more rain moved in. I live in the foothills of western North Carolina and it has rained for most of the week. Hopefully I can get another 10 miles in tomorrow.
