Yesterday, IF, arm workout, 86 protein, 123 fat, 21 carbs, omelette, yogurt, hemp, mct, folio wrap, jello, HWC, nuts before bed
161.2 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
