Day 2 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
It will rain all this week so I won’t have a chance to run. I normally don’t eat solid food during the week, but, I did last week, and since I also did not run, I thought I would gain a lot more than I did.
Now, running may be helpful when I am losing weight. This week will let me find out…
