Yesterday, OMAD, 65 protein, 105 fat, 30 carbs, turkey, butter, chopped salad, jello, HWC, nuts before bed, period
161.2 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
