YES!!! I went for my weekly check-in at doctor and I lost 4.8 pounds since last Thursday and my Blood Pressure is 130/73. He was very happy with my food log! I'm feeling hopeful.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
