In the morning, I'm going to my doctor, with food log in hand, for my weekly blood pressure check and weigh in. I've done only Mediterranean eating with LOTS of veggies. Let's do this.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been so good. I wanted chocolate so bad, today, but refrained. I drank two bottles of water instead and it actually helped.
