Yesterday, IF, chest workout, 87 protein, 118 fat, 18 carbs, omelette, yogurt, mct, folio wrap, jello, HWC, nuts before bed
159.2 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
