Getting back to my earlier December weight of 146 pounds, one pound to go so I can breathe easy again. Hopefully I'll be back to my pre-new braces and chocolate Christmas weight. If I get down to 140 lbs, it's be amazing, but I'm content with anything between 140 and 145 lbs. No rush now as I'm back on track and seeing it gently head down. I went out of town and ate a Big Mac meal, and a huge Tim's muffin as I was on the train for lunch and dinner and had to make do with train station fast food. I so rarely eat out, so it doesn't bother me.
