Did pretty well all week, drank a lot of water, IF was pretty close to the 20:4 goal and I had almost no sugar!
Let's keep it that way. Also doing a dry January (but from Jan 6th to Feb 6th because I still was on vacations and didn't feel like cutting it right on the 2nd).
