I'm back. Worst gain since I originally achieved my goal weight. Determined to break bad habits and get back to better choices. Had a fun 6 weeks. Now it's back to the business of achieving reasonable goals. Headed back to 125. Not sure how long it will take, but as long as each week I have a loss, I will try to be satisfied. Happy New Year!
