wow abis makan sate kambing 300 g dan sate ayam 140 g,digeber angkat beban 2 jam masih bs tetap turun. alhamdulillah
164.7 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
