Yesterday, IF, 5x5 shoulder workout, 77 protein, 102 fat, 28 carbs, egg whites, cheesehead, yogurt, mct once, hemp oil once, chopped salad no pasta, nuts before bed,
159.4 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
