Yesterday, IF, 84 protein, 107 fat, 37 carbs, 5x5 leg workout, omelette, Portillos chopped salad, progranola, nuts before bed
160.4 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week
